JAVIERA GART
Much of her life was spent in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she studied and began her artistic exploration and self-taught career.
Her subsequent years in Mexico led her to discover muralism as the first discipline that marked her career. However, she currently finds a more personal and technical pursuit in studio and smaller-scale painting.
Living and traveling to different countries, she has been able to continue developing her work, drawing inspiration from elements and experiences of the local culture, as well as everyday situations deeply influenced by the figure of women and self-knowledge.
Through the study of color and abstraction in figuration, Javiera seeks to contextualize emotions and generate personal atmospheres for interpretation.
